I am a qualified Personal Trainer and British Triathlon Coach offering a wide range of training from lifestyle change, writing specific training plans for triathlons, helping with fitness and weight loss, improving strength and flexibility, improving stamina and endurance and having fun whilst getting fit. 

If you are looking to start running, but really don’t feel confident, I can help. If you have a road bike, but are nervous about cycling and would just like a 1hr familiarisation session to help with your confidence, I can help. Or if you would just like to get familiar with basic exercise moves before going to a class or the gym, I can help.

As a mobile Personal Trainer I can come to you.  You can choose from 1-2-1 personal training or in groups of up to 3 (ideal if there’s a group of you and you would like to train together and save costs).

I have a wealth of experience and knowledge – no one session will be the same.  Your sessions will be tailored to your goals, they will be challenging, using different equipment or sometimes just bodyweight, and most of all, they will be fun! I listen to my clients and tailor sessions accordingly – I don’t believe in the latest fad activities or diets – I keep things simple.

I welcome clients within a 5 mile radius of Burghfield Common, covering Bradfield, Tidmarsh, Upper Bucklebury, Pangbourne however, I am also happy to provide virtual coaching if you are not within my catchment area.
