Don’t fancy yoga but want to stretch with a little bit of relax?
Then give my class a go. It’s 30 minutes of stretching, balance work, standing strength and relax. My classes are not a spiritual experience. You will have fun.
You can expect to improve your flexibility greatly in 8 weeks.
My classes are appropriate for all abilities – those new to stretch and relax or to those more experienced. Those than swim, cycle and run – I know we don’t spend much time stretching – my classes are short enough to fit into your programme whilst also allowing you to see the benefits.
Classes are every Tuesday @ 7.30pm

To book onto class, please make sure you download the free app to your phone.
Once downloaded, sign up to Team App. Search for Vanessa PT Stretch and Relax and request access. Once you have access, select events and book onto your class. If you are new to my classes, please ensure you complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire which you can download below.
