Everyone is different.
I specialise in tailoring each of your sessions to allow you to reach your goals and full potential whether you are returning to exercise after a break or if you are looking to improve your overall strength and fitness.
Coming from a competitive sporting background, I know what it’s like to reach your own personal goals and I can help you reach yours.
My love of sport started in my 20s when I took up running starting with my first ever 5 mile race (I still have the medal) and then building up to marathon distance. I have taken part in over 10 marathons including London. Due to injury, I started to swim to keep myself fit and then before I knew it I was taking part in my first ever triathlon at Dorney Lake on a mountain bike!

As I turned 40 in 2013, I set myself a challenge to complete my first half ironman. With an excellent coach, I completed Cotswold 113 in June of 2014 (still 40!) in a respectable time of 5hrs 35mins. Still looking for my next challenge, I signed up to a ‘proper’ half ironman 70.3 (with all the branding!) and headed to Barcelona in 2015 – the hardest earned medal ever but what an amazing experience. In August 2017 I completed my first, and probably my last, Ironman Vichy : 2.4mile swim, 112mile bike and 26.2mile run in 13hrs 43mins and 58secs.

In 2018 I set myself a goal to represent Great Britain in Triathlon, racing the Sprint Distance – I did it and headed to the Gold Coast in Australia for the World Championships in September 2018 and again, to Munich for the Europeans in 2022.

So if you are reading this and thinking wow… don’t forget I am just an average girl, who set herself goals, had focus, structure and discipline, and set her mind on her next goal. I can support you and help you achieve your goals.
