The kettlebell is a cast-iron or cast steel weight used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
By using Kettlebells you will get a serious cardio workout, improved flexibility, increased fat loss, strengthen every muscle, help prevent injuries. All Kettlebell moves are easy to learn and they are fun under the correct supervision!
