Kettlebells are great for building strength, but without the bulk, improving your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and mobility. You can burn on average 400 + calories in each class. Each class is different.
A short induction is required before your first class if you have never used them before. You just need your own Kettlebell (if you live local to us, we do have some you can borrow), a mat, water, some space if joining us online and plenty of energy.

Tuesday and Thursday @ 6.30pm – Online & Face 2 Face in Mortimer
All Kettlebell classes are streamed live via Microsoft Teams. This is available for your PCs/Laptops and mobile devices – CLICK BELOW.
You can download the app from your devices app store if you are using a mobile device.
Microsoft Teams is free for everyone.
HOW TO BOOK ON TO A CLASS
To book onto classes, please click the link (GREEN TEAMS BUTTON) below and install Team App on your phone – it is also available through a web browser.
Once downloaded, sign up to Team App. Search for Vanessa PT and request access. Once you have access, select events and book onto your class.
Costs vary starting with PAYG £7.50 or 1 / 3/ 6/ 12 month memberships are available which include access to a growing library of recorded live classes.
