Kettlebells are a cast-iron or cast steel weight, in varying weights, used to perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
At my Kettlebell classes, you will get a serious cardio workout, improved flexibility, increased fat loss, strong muscles – all of this whilst having fun. Every class is different but will combine a mixture of Kettlebells, bodyweight and cardio exercises. All Kettlebell moves are easy to learn and they are fun under the correct supervision! All you need to bring is yourself, a mat, some water and plenty of energy.

Once downloaded, sign up to Team App. Search for Vanessa PT Kettlebells and request access. Once you have access, select events and book onto your class. If you are new to my classes, please ensure you complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire below and bring this with you.
Costs vary depending on whether you buy a session card, or bring your own kettlebell.
Payment is available by card (contactless) or correct change please.
