TRX fitness is a form of suspension training using bodyweight exercises to develop

Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities – beginners to advanced.

Our first 4 week block commences on Monday 17 April @ 9.15am. Classes are held at Soul Barns, Nightingale Lane, Mortimer.
