TRX fitness is a form of suspension training using bodyweight exercises to develop

  • strength
  • balance
  • flexibility
  • core stability

Classes are 1 hour in duration and suitable for all ages and abilities – beginners to advanced.

Classes are every Monday @ 8.00am, 9.15am and 7.45pm, Tuesday @ 9.15am and Wednesday @ 7.00pm.

Classes are held at Soul Barns, Nightingale Lane, Mortimer.
