Classes are every Sunday @ 6.30pm for 45 minutes at Soul Barns, Nightingale Lane, Mortimer. Classes are suitable for abilities.

Once downloaded please search for the provider Vanessapt and you should find us. You will need to create an account to use GymCatch.
You can find our TRX Stretch classes under the ‘What’s on’ icon at the bottom of the app. Select the date from the calendar, which will show the class below. Click on the class you wish to attend and book.
You can choose to book class as PAYG or take a look at our ‘available packages’.
